What should I do if I change my phone number during the application period?

CASE1: After the number change, you need to apply to the immigration office to change the registered phone number → The immigration office can receive and send SMS to you.

CASE2: After the number is changed, you need to provide the ARC number to the communication company(KT, LG, etc...) → You can authenticate yourself

When you use hirevisa for apply RC related services and before hirevisa submits the documents to the immigration office:

→ The customer information can be changed immediately

If Hirevisa has already submitted documents to the immigration office: Method 1: You can apply for a change of phone number directly on the hikorea website

Method 2: Call 1345

When using Hiremobile:

→ When you receive an ARC for a cell phone card that you first opened with your passport, you need to update the information again (through hirevisa, you need to notice hirevisa (Phone number can register immediately, you need to do it with the customer's consent / if you do it with the customer's consent, you are considering which way to do it)

When you do not use Hiremobile:

→If you open the number in person, you need to visit the communication company again to change the ARC number and register (there may be some fees, please notice
